Free delivery in Dusseldorf and vicinity

We have had a rug shop in Dusseldorf for over 40 years. Our reputation has taken us far beyond the limits of Dusseldorf. We have been a retailer of hand-knotted oriental rugs, modern designer rugs and hand-woven kilim rugs in NRW, Germany for decades. We frequently deliver or ship our hand-knotted rugs to Ratingen, Meerbusch, Mönchengladbach, Cologne, Duisburg, Bochum, Dortmund, Essen, Mülheim, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin, Stuttgart and Munich.

Shipping is free of charge for you, but only if you provide us with a delivery address in Germany. If you live in any other European country, we will of course shipping items to you. Just write us a short message.

The shipping time of the free standard shipping is 1-2 working days. A delivery delay of 1-2 working days may happen in some cases.

The delivery is carried out by UPS. Delivery on weekends and to package stations is not possible.

14 days of testing

If the rug does not match your interior after all, we offer you the possibility of returning the rug to us in 14 days free of charge. We will refund you the money and you can try a new rug.

However, you have to make sure that the rug does not get dirty or damaged; otherwise we would have to charge you for the cleaning and/or repair.

Here is how it works:

1. Pack the rug again

• in the RePack shipping bag in which you received the rug. Please make sure that the addressee label is folded, so that it is not visible. You can read more about this here.

or

• in the box in which we sent you the rug.

If there is no UPS shop in your area, we will gladly find an alternative shipping service provider for you.
